  • Protect preachers freedom of speech rights against all hate crimes legislation.
  • Develop a program and legislation to catch and convict those who abuse the welfare system.
  • Protect gun rights.
  • Protect the rights of the unborn. I oppose murdering the unborn (abortion).
  • Work for legislation so that all judges must be elected not appointed.
  • Work to establish voter machine paper receipts.

Republican Pat Marsh and Democrat Ty Cobb are probably really fine men, but the Republican and Democratic parties that they have chosen to associate themselves with are out of control.

The time has come that we as Americans can no longer sit back and watch as these two parties undermine our liberty and destroy our Constitutional rights. The very reason this country has fallen from it's past glory to this present sad state has come from well over a hundred years of Republican and Democratic policy. During that time they have been the dominate parties. They've given us empty word and broken promises. The reason they haven't fixed the problem is because they are the problem.

THE RepubliCratic “PARTY.”    There's little difference in the two!

We have a Constitution Candidate to fill the state Representative position vacated by Curt Cobb. It is time to stand up for the Constitution and protect the future of our children, grandchildren and ourselves!

The only thing we need to win this election is for you to go to the polls and exercise your right to vote for the party that will protect your Constitutional rights.

Don't be discouraged by the two big parties. Don't allow them to make you feel like you have to vote for one of their candidates to have a real voice. America is at last awakening to the reality that the two party system is a big part of many of our problems. We don't need your money-we need your vote!
